The Story:
Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant, an upscale, casual dining restaurant, features an exclusive and different décor in each of its locations. The winery includes a California-style tasting room and private barrel aging room. Their restaurant’s signature menu offers a selection that pairs perfectly with Cooper’s Hawk wines. And a visit to their artisanal retail market allows guests to depart with favorite wines and accoutrements.
When planning the Liberty Township, Ohio retail and hospitality development, real estate developer, Steiner + Associates created a new and exciting flavor of innovation by blending a bold commercial experience with a community-oriented feel. Within the design of this 24th Cooper’s Hawk location, Steiner’s Seth Barritt planned to add a dynamic component to amplify customer interaction and engagement. Barritt contacted Libart North America with the challenge and PanoraView provided the answer. Construction was completed in late August 2016 followed by the store opening on August 23rd.
