Rodosto Restaurant Retractable Roof #147 Project Description
Fine dining in Istanbul can be experienced at the Rodosto Restaurant where a glass-walled dining room on the second level features chandeliers and a retractable roof. The polycarbonate roof panels are opaque to filter sun and heat on the hottest days. But on warm days when an open-air dining experience is preferred, the roof opens and blue sky is on the menu.
